Q:

I need a longitudinal data file that has multiple measures of blood pressure. The sample should include women of all races.

A:

There are a few public use studies available at ICPSR:

Charleston Heart Study, 1960 - 2000 (ICPSR 4050)
National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey I: Epidemiologic Follow-Up Study, 1992 (ICPSR 6861)
Tecumseh Community Health Study, 1959-1969 (ICPSR 9900)
Tecumseh Mortality Follow-up Study, 1978 (ICPSR 8969)

A table in an article from Nature, provides a reference to almost a dozen cohort studies:

Another source that has some different cohort studies is data from the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute:

Another source is focused more on diet/cancer connections (Pooling Project of Prosepctive Studies of Diet and Cancer), but some may include basic health measures like blood pressure. Additionally, most of the studies mentioned include links to the data:

Another possible study is the Study of Women’s Health across the nation (SWAN)

Kaiser-Permanente has a research unit that has all sorts of data that meet your criteria. You can access the data by collaborating with someone associated with them.

If you end up deciding on one of the studies that is not in ICPSR, I can help you with the acquisition process.
